Which Triple Whale alternative fits?

Northbeam is the pick if you can pay $1,500 a month and someone on the team will run the model. A Shopify team that wants a lighter report should look at Polar Analytics, where the price starts in a sales conversation. Choose Fospha when the brand already spends over $150,000 a month on ads and also sells on Amazon or TikTok Shop. When the buyer closes on a call, Hyros is the tool that follows that sale.
Triple Whale's free plan needs no card and includes the Moby assistant. Foundation, Automate and Enterprise are priced after a walkthrough and scale with store revenue. The vendor publishes no dollar figure for those three.
Which tool buyers recommend depends on how large the store is. Brands at mid-six to seven figures of monthly revenue point to Northbeam. Hyros is the other tool they mention when ad spend is higher. Polar Analytics is the Shopify pick when the team wants a smaller daily dashboard. Buyers also say the service got worse, and that support became uneven as the company grew.

Quick answer
The best alternative to Triple Whale is Northbeam. Professional costs $3,500 per month and covers brands spending up to $500,000 on ads. You also get unlimited users, a store on any ecommerce platform, a dedicated media strategist and extra ways to refresh the data. Incrementality can be added on Professional and on Enterprise. Media mix modeling sits on Enterprise only, and that tier is priced individually once spend passes the Professional cap. Growth is sold with an agency partner and aimed at brands under $200,000 of ad spend. One reviewer paid and could not get the product live. Without a person running those numbers each week, the subscription sits unused.
The shortlist
- 1. Northbeam is the best Triple Whale alternative for brands that can pay a published monthly plan and have a person to run it.

- 3. Fospha is the best Triple Whale alternative for retailers that need marketplace sales measured alongside ad performance.
- 4. Hyros is the best Triple Whale alternative for high-ticket and info sellers whose sales close after CRM follow-up.

2. Polar Analytics
Best Triple Whale alternative for teams on Shopify that want dashboards built on their own database
The pricing page asks for your annual gross merchandise value, calculates a price from it, and still sends you to a demo before that price is shown. Core bundles business intelligence, AI agents and data activations. Polar says buying that bundle costs 20% less than buying the three products separately. Every plan includes a Snowflake database, unlimited users, unlimited history and a success manager. Incrementality tests and the Meta and Google conversion uploads are add-ons. Buyers say attribution gets harder once they need a report shaped to their own business.

3. Fospha
Best Triple Whale alternative for retailers that need marketplace sales measured alongside ad performance
Four suites are on the pricing page, and every customer starts with Media Mix Attribution. The other three are marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and AI and automation. Each suite has a Lite tier, a Pro tier and an Enterprise tier, and you pick the tier during a demo. Most clients are live in under 28 days, with 24 months of history, and the model does not use third-party cookies or user-level tracking. A smaller store has to hit that same monthly ad spend minimum first.

4. Hyros
Best Triple Whale alternative for high-ticket and info sellers whose sales close after CRM follow-up
One plan covers the product. You get the price on a setup call, and it follows the revenue Hyros tracks. That plan includes the setup team, an account AI analyst, full tracking and the Claude MCP. The pricing page states a guarantee of better ad ROI, or you do not pay. The tracking follows one person through a call, a webinar and a CRM. A single-step Shopify checkout is a weak fit for that path.

My take
I would start with Northbeam when the published floor is acceptable and a person on the team will own the model. For a Shopify brand that wants its numbers in its own database, the next step is a Polar Analytics demo. Fospha is a later call, once ad spend is past the minimum on its pricing page. I would keep Hyros for an offer that closes over the phone.
How we evaluated these
We ranked these using the same rubric as the incumbent: we read what long-term users report about each one, checked its documentation and pricing, and verified prices with the vendor before reaching a verdict. The order shows which option fits the largest group of Triple Whale users. Where an alternative wins only for a specific traffic source or team size, we say so on that card. Our methodology page sets out the full process.
