RedTrack review

Ad tracker for affiliate media buyers

By Dana Rourke, Lead Reviewer. Reviewed by Campaign Buyer Editorial. Updated 23 October 2026.

Our verdict

Pick RedTrack if you run paid social or an ecommerce store and need server-side conversions sent back to the ad platform from one account.

RedTrack pricing covers Solo, Team and Enterprise. You can pay month to month, or pay for the year at 30% off. Once the events on a plan are used, further events are billed per 1,000. The tracker sits where most media buyers actually live in 2026: paid social and ecommerce, where the browser pixel keeps losing conversions and the platform keeps over-reporting ROAS. Server-side tracking sends conversions back to Meta and TikTok through CAPI, and cost is pulled from the ad platforms, so the dashboard shows tracked profit rather than a number you assemble by hand.

The reason it ranks first is coverage. One account tracks affiliate offers, lead-gen forms and ecommerce checkouts. Voluum's Profit plan is $119 a month on yearly billing for the same job of sending conversions back to the ad platform.

The hard part is the first setup. Postbacks, conversion mapping and traffic-source tokens all have to be connected before the totals match the ad platform. Buyers who have only used a pixel often expect that setup to take less time. The interface is also busy and dated. Budget an afternoon for setup, and once those totals agree, RedTrack largely runs itself.

Pros and cons

What works

  • CAPI and server-side postbacks are built in, so conversions reach Meta and TikTok even after the pixel drops them
  • Pulls ad spend from the platforms automatically, so ROI is calculated for you
  • Every paid plan carries CAPI, ad-spend sync and Stop Rules, from Solo at $169/mo with 5M events
  • Handles affiliate, lead-gen and ecommerce tracking from one account

What to watch

  • First-time setup takes a long time. Postbacks and conversion mapping have to be configured by hand.
  • The interface is dense and looks dated next to newer dashboards
  • Event-based pricing means a traffic spike can push you into the next tier mid-month

GTM server-side needs matching event_id on pixel and CAPI

Reddit threads on r/FacebookAds describe GTM server-side CAPI sending two copies of each event when both browser pixel and server tag fire, and say Purchase counts inflate when event_id is missing or mismatched.

“with Pixel plus CAPI you send two copies of each event.”

What Solo counts as an event

The pricing table describes monthly events as clicks, conversions and postbacks. The help article says impressions are an additional fee.

Solo ad accounts, conversion API, and the trial

Mostly praised by buyers

The pricing table defines ad accounts per platform as connected accounts on each platform, and says five Meta and five Google accounts means five each. Conversion API, ad spend sync and Stop Rules are on every plan, with a 14-day trial that unlocks every add-on. The RedTrack versus BeMob page says the trial does not require a credit card and includes full access.

Pricing

Solo syncs ad spend every 60 minutes. Team and Enterprise sync every 30 minutes. You can add a faster sync, Ads Manager or Scale Rules. The price follows average monthly ad spend, in five tiers: up to $150,000, up to $500,000, up to $1 million, up to $2 million, and over $2 million. In that order, a 30-minute sync, Ads Manager and Scale Rules cost $99, $199, $399, $799 or $1,499 a month. A 15-minute sync is one tier higher at each spend level, topping out at $2,999. A 5-minute sync is two tiers higher, and the highest price is $4,999. Enterprise includes Ads Manager and Scale Rules. Extra events are $499 for 50 million or $799 for 100 million. An extra user is $29 on the two higher affiliate plans. Five more tracking domains are $19. Relay is free for one store, with last-click attribution. Brand is $99 at the $250,000 revenue tier, with three stores, or $832 for the year on the same yearly offer. Agency is $599 at that tier, with unlimited stores, or $5,032 billed annually.
